Hosts Brazil will take on Spain in the Confederations Cup final, as the world will finally get to see these two superpowers square off.
In the 2009 Confederations Cup, both teams appeared to be on a collision course with each other, but Spain were upset in the semifinals by the United States. A year later, Spain did its part and made the final, but Brazil fell to the Netherlands in the quarterfinals.
The battle will serve as a good barometer for a talented, but young, Brazil team looking to dethrone Spain as the kings of world soccer in 2014.
